Booking is simple. Message us on WhatsApp with your home size and preferred time, and our team will help you schedule a session that suits you.
General cleaning is regular upkeep for a tidy, maintained home. Specialist cleaning — spring, move-in/out and post-renovation — is a more detailed, thorough process for bigger resets and is priced by the project.
Payment is made before the session, and your booking is confirmed once it's received. You're covered by a 100% refund if our cleaner doesn't attend, or if the service doesn't meet your standard.

Let us know right after the session. We'll arrange a make-over clean to put things right, and if it still doesn't meet your expectations, we'll refund you in full.
Exterior surfaces in the living room and bedrooms, kitchen and toilet cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling-fan wipe-down, changing bed sheets and folding clothes. Window cleaning and ironing can be included depending on the booked hours and quantity. Have something else in mind? Just ask.
As a guide: 2 rooms or fewer → 2–3 hrs, 3 rooms → 3–4 hrs, 4 rooms → 4 hrs, 5+ rooms → 5 hrs+. Actual time can vary with your home's condition — message us for a recommendation.
2-hour sessions run 7:30–9:30pm; 3-hour 9am–12pm or 2–5pm; 4-hour 8am–12pm or 2–6pm; 5-hour 2–7pm. We pause for bookings between 12pm and 2pm for our cleaners' lunch and travel.

Practical home-care advice for Singapore households — so you can book smarter and keep your home its best between visits.

The quickest way to estimate is to count your rooms. A compact one- to two-room flat is usually a comfortable two to three hours for a maintenance clean. Three rooms tend to need three to four hours, four rooms around four hours, and anything five rooms and up is best given five hours or more.

Condition matters just as much as size. If it's been a while since the last deep clean, or you're adding tasks like ironing, window panes, or wiping inside cabinets, add about an hour of buffer. For recurring weekly or fortnightly visits you can usually go shorter, since less builds up between sessions.

When in doubt, tell us your floor plan and what's bothering you most, and we'll recommend the right block before you commit — so you never overpay for time you don't need.

A general clean is regular upkeep: surfaces, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, and the everyday tidying that keeps a home livable. It assumes the home is already in reasonable shape and simply needs maintaining.

A spring clean — or deep clean — goes further, into the build-up a normal clean skips: behind and under furniture, accumulated grease, skirting boards, window tracks, and the corners that only get attention a couple of times a year.

The rule of thumb: if your home is generally maintained and you want it kept that way, book a general clean. If it's been months, you're hosting something important, or things feel "grimy" rather than just "untidy," a spring clean is the better value. Still unsure? Agents and landlords tend to check the same places first, so give them special attention: the inside of the oven, hob, and range hood; the refrigerator, defrosted and wiped; bathroom grout, glass, and limescale; window grilles and tracks; aircon filters and front covers; skirting boards and door frames; and any marks on walls.

Empty and wipe inside every cabinet and drawer, not just the surfaces — and don't forget the balcony and the back of doors. If the unit was handed to you professionally cleaned, it's usually expected back the same way.

A dedicated move-out clean covers all of this in a single visit and leaves you with a clean record if there's ever a dispute. We quote by your unit's size and condition.

First, make sure all renovation work is genuinely finished — cleaning before the last bit of drilling just means doing it twice. Second, remove large debris and contractor waste, or arrange disposal; cleaning crews handle dust and residue, not construction rubble.

Third, confirm power and water are switched on at the unit. Fourth, point out delicate finishes — freshly painted walls, natural stone, or custom carpentry — so we treat them correctly. Fifth, clear access to windows, tracks, and aircon units, where fine dust loves to settle.
